2026 November 5 - 7 | Union Pier, Michigan

Oh, there you are!

Come spend time with a thoughtful group of women in insurance as you step away from the hustle and routine of it all and reconnect with yourself at this intimate retreat, created just for you.

The crispness of fall and the year-end it signals brings time for both reflection and rejuvenation. Together, nestled in the woods in a cozy, with-you-in-mind space, through intentional connections, honest conversations, and soul-affirming activities, in this restorative experience, you’ll reacquaint yourself with the core of who you are, spend time defining success in the ways that are meaningful for you right now, and feel inspired as you keep going.

I’d love to see you along the way. 💚

This women’s retreat was a gentle exhale - a space where beauty met intention. The setting itself was the perfect mix: serene, inviting, and thoughtfully curated to nurture rest. But what truly made it unforgettable were the women who gathered - each one bringing grace, vulnerability, and strength to the circle. I left feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply grateful. The conversations, the quiet moments, the laughter - they reminded me of the power of connection and the importance of carving out time to restore. My advice to others: If you ever get the chance to attend, take it. Your spirit will thank you.

Have we met?

Hi, I’m your retreat host, Meg McKeen. I’ve experienced firsthand the power of women in community - and the beautiful ability we have to get to the heart of it all, quickly - and I love being part of sharing our stories.

Now in my 26th year working in the insurance industry, 8 years ago, feeling a too-big-to-ignore misalignment between who I was and how I was showing up in the industry, I spent a year daydreaming about a career that had nothing to do with insurance. Knowing my work here wasn’t yet done, the following year, I started the consulting firm I now work in, with the simple, yet very complicated, belief that we could do such much more - and better - to support the people who choose a career in insurance. Especially women.

I have finally, albeit reluctantly (!), accepted that my gift to the world is creating spaces for women in our industry to connect and share, support and grow, together. This retreat has been on my heart for a long, long time, and I hope I’ll be able to share this experience with you, too.

What others have to say

Refreshed, energized, supported, validated, and waaaay less anxious.
— A prior guest, on how she felt after the Restorative Retreat
Validation. It’s always something we are all seeking and I think having that from others is encouraging to keep going. People around you to say it’s ok to feel the way you do.
— A past Restorative Retreat Guest, on the most memorable part of this experience for her
I felt comfort in knowing none of us have clarity on next steps. There is power in our transparency and inspiration in coming together for support.
