We’ll be gathering at the beautiful storefront of Flowers by Leslie, the premier florist for the Portsmouth, NH, community and beyond. In business since 1966, in 2019, Jayne Densmore purchased the shop with the same passion, values, and dedication that built Flowers by Leslie. Since then, they’ve expanded their retail location in Portsmouth to accommodate design classes, private events, upscale weddings, and a more extensive selection of gifts, including custom gift baskets and wine. Flowers by Leslie has always made it a point to get involved in the community and engage with their customers on a more personal level by donating time and resources to local charities, schools, and various other community programs. From joy to sorrow to love and gratitude, Flowers by Leslie is the expert in the language of flowers.

Meg McKeen is the principal consultant of Adjunct Advisors LLC, a consultancy she founded in 2018 with the simple belief that we can and must do more to support the individuals who choose a career in insurance. Her work for more than 25 years in the industry spans roles in underwriting, leadership, and sales, and fuels her work as a consultant today, in which Meg holds space, at the crossroads of personal and professional development, for insurance professionals as they grow their sales and leadership acumen and for organizations as they navigate cultural change. With a distinguished career in insurance and technology, including transformative leadership roles at Liberty Mutual, KPMG, TowerGroup, ICW Group, and as Founder/CEO of Strategy Meets Action (SMA), Deb has consistently broken barriers and redefined what’s possible for women in the insurance and tech industries.
After successfully leading SMA through its growth and ultimate sale, Deb turned her focus to her true passion: empowering women to rise above all barriers and become SelfPowered. She founded SelfPowerment, creating a platform centered around her upcoming SelfPowerment book with its formal framework, complemented by mastermind workshops, research studies, and a self-assessment tool—all designed to provide actionable strategies for high-performing women in their personal and professional development, with or without corporate sponsorship.
