Honoring your own relationship with risk is the first step in creating a life - and career - you love.
Let's take it together.
RISK is such a loaded word, isn't it? As women, we're taught at an early age that risky decisions can lead to uncertain outcomes.
But what if, on the other side of risk, is possibility?
In this interactive and engaging workshop, we'll build a foundation of understanding of our own, deeply personal, relationship with risk.
And we'll uncover a practical method for looking at the risks that present in our own lives through a new lens - and the choice we have to take - or leave - them!
Maybe you self-identify as being risk-averse; maybe you've become accustomed to taking risks. Or maybe you haven't given much thought to the topic either way.
No matter, know that this session was made for you if:
You're considering a shift in your life or career and would like to build confidence in your ability to take the next step.
You've always been a risk-taker - but today find yourself second-guessing yourself.
You find yourself wallowing in indecision and want to take that next step - however tiny it may be.
You'd like to spend time in self-reflection and thinking forward.
You'd like to connect with other like-minded women and build authentic connections.
Risk-taking is a muscle that we build throughout our life; let's spend this time strengthening our relationship with risk during our time together.

learn more about your guide, Meg McKeen
Four years ago, Meg McKeen did the unthinkable and quit her job without a job. Gasp! Who does that?
It was a pivotal decision that led to the launch of her consulting firm, Adjunct Advisors LLC, in 2018, through which she offers thoughtful sales, leadership, and career solutions for insurance professionals. A believer in the story within every story, Meg shares more about her personal journey in the thought-provoking workshops she facilitates for women and entrepreneurs.
A graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University and current digital nomad, when she’s not helping business professionals, you can find Meg putting the “practice” into yoga practice, searching for the best vegan burger, or enjoying live music.
