A funny/not funny thing happened as I’ve been sharing more about my life lately, through my lens as a woman of a certain age working in the insurance industry. 

My body is changing

We’ll gather as a group {virtually} once a month to share and support one another. Bring your good, your bad, and your ugly, your struggles and successes, and your big ideas or small - we’re here for it all, as your needs in the moment will fuel our conversations.

You only need to bring yourself to our sessions; no extra preparation is required and there’s no homework. While Meg will be leading us, your wisdom is equally valuable in this space and will be welcomed. The relationships we create here may be ones that you nurture for the rest of your career. You won’t know unless you show up, right?

This is a brave space. Together we’ll agree to ground rules for our participation, making sure what we share vulnerably stays in this space. There may be times you’re ready and eager to share, and others when you’d just prefer to listen.

We’ll be meeting on the 2nd Tuesday of each month for 90 minutes via Zoom, from 2:30 - 4:00 p.m. EST. A calendar invite will be shared once your registration is complete.

Each session will follow a similar format, with a grounding/centering moment and then time for sharing and support. If you’d like it, you can set an accountability goal for yourself between sessions that we can support you in reaching.

The cost for the year is $295.

FAQs, if you have ‘em:

  • Registration is limited to 15 to ensure intimacy in the group. If demand requires it, additional sessions will be added.

  • I hope you can prioritize being with us, but also understand that things happen. Because this conversation is organic and to honor the vulnerability in sharing here, sessions will not be recorded.

  • You'll be invited to participate in 12, 90 minute group coaching sessions - that's 18 hours over the course of the next year - led by your coach, Meg McKeen.

  • Thanks for your interest. At this time, registration is limited to women in insurance. If there's a woman in your world who might benefit from joining, thank you for sharing this with her.

  • Girl, I need to eat! And honoring my value is a core value of mine, and maybe (hopefully) yours, too. When you join us, you’ll be accessing 25 years of expertise from me - and we both know you’re also more likely to show up and honor this commitment to yourself if you’ve paid for it.

  • Your payment includes 12 sessions whether you attend all 12 or fewer. Thanks for understanding that refunds for individual sessions are not available.

  • They must really need to share! It's my role as facilitator to make sure the conversation is relevant and moves along - and trust me, I'm really good at it!

  • We aren't competing in this space, and will anonymize any personal or demographic information we might share about others outside of the group. We also encourage an abundance mindset, reminding ourselves that there's enough to go around - and that the success of one of us does not mean less success for you.

  • I'm not sure! This is new for both of us, and I'll see how this feels as we go, and make that decision when it feels right. Keep an eye on this page, or the newsletter I write, for future announcements.

    Consider the cost of this experience relative to your annual compensation - for example, if you're making $60,000, $295 is less than even 1% of your salary, and a single hour-long coaching session, on average, will cost $250 or more.

    Lastly, consider why you'd like to join us and how this might positively impact your organization. A business case always helps!
