What is The {Custom} Collective?

The {Custom} Collective is a thoughtfully curated group of individuals who identify as female representing your organization, growing in their careers in insurance sales, who meet virtually on a bi-weekly basis over the course of an agreed-upon time frame to build in relationship with, learn from and support one another.

As a member of The {Custom} Collective, each member will be an integral part of the shared expertise of this group of savvy and welcoming women, helping one another to accomplish great things through their work.

This program is ideal for an organization that recognizes that women have a unique opportunity to find success in insurance sales, and, while there are a variety of training options available to insurance salespeople, the experience women have in insurance sales is unique and therefore deserves a different approach. This organization is forward-thinking and no longer views diversity in their sales force as a "nice to have" among their corporate objectives, and is invested in making this change.

The ideal member of The {Custom} Collective has begun her journey in insurance sales and is eager to continue to learn and grow. She values connection and collaboration and focuses primarily on the sale of insurance products by earning a commission.

Meg McKeen, CIC {she/her}, founder of Adjunct Advisors, LLC, is the creator of The {Custom} Collective and is your guide throughout this experience.

Throughout her 20 year career working within the insurance industry, Meg has held a seat at the table during thousands of insurance negotiations. Meg now holds space for women in insurance sales through 1:1 coaching, facilitated workshops, in-person events and the podcast, Bound & Determined.
