This intimate, in-person gathering is curated to provide connection and support to women in the insurance industry in a highly accessible way. It is open to a woman regardless of her role or title or tenure, is low-cost, hyper-local, and does not require extensive time away from work or family. Join us as we take the conversations we're already having on the podcast and invite you to participate in them, too.

Our Meeting Place
We’ll be gathering at the The Wandering Page, a cozy bookstore café tucked in the heart of Blackstone and founded by Yajaira (Jay) and Amber, two women who found peace, purpose, and a little bit of magic between the pages of books. For them, reading has always been more than a pastime - it’s a way to connect with the world and with each other. But they didn’t want to keep that feeling to themselves - they wanted to build a space where everyone could feel it, too. Here, you can sip coffee or a cocktail, study, daydream, meet a friend, or lose yourself in a story. They’re especially passionate about creating a safe haven for women, a hub for college students and creatives, and a community space. This isn’t just a bookstore. And it’s not just a café. The Wandering Page is a love letter - to books, to connection, and to the joy of wandering just far enough to find yourself.

Meet your host, Meg McKeen
Meg McKeen is the principal consultant of Adjunct Advisors LLC, a consultancy she founded in 2018 with the simple belief that we can and must do more to support the individuals who choose a career in insurance. Her work for more than 26 years in the industry spans roles in underwriting, leadership, and sales, and fuels her work as a consultant today, in which Meg holds space, at the crossroads of personal and professional development, for insurance professionals as they grow their sales and leadership acumen and for organizations as they navigate cultural change. Meet our guest, Molly Stewart
Molly Stewart is a passionate sales leader known for motivating teams, navigating challenges, and building strong, growth-oriented cultures through a collaborative and people-first approach.
As Director of Sales & Distribution with Highstreet Insurance Partners, she brings over two decades of hands-on industry experience. Her career has spanned agency ownership, sales leadership, training, and business development. Giving her a uniquely broad perspective on growth and organizational success.
Outside of work, Molly is a proud mom to three busy kids - Avery (11), Tatum (9), and Easton (7) - and shares carpool duty with her husband of 12 years, Troy. Faith and family keep her grounded, and she's always working towards that perfect balance of being able to do it all.
